Saturday Come & Try

Please Note: Each purchased ticket is valid for 1 person ONLY. 

You can participate in a maximum of 12 sessions, after which time, you must join the club.*

At North Eastern Archers Inc, we offer a 2-hour session on the 1st and 3rd Saturday morning of most months. [weather permitting]. The cost of each session includes equipment hire, instruction by qualified Archery Australia Coaches and Instructors, and liability insurance as a ‘Temporary Player’.

Booking and other important information:
Bookings and prepayment are required, you can no longer "just turn up" as we have a limit on numbers for our sessions.

* Tickets are non-refundable. 

* No refund will be given to individual tickets that have been purchased with a group discount. 

* If you cancel less than one day prior (24 hrs), or if you do not turn up on the day, there is no refund. 

* Tickets are not transferable to another session. 

* If you do need to amend a session booking, please email the club (northeasternarchers@gmail.com) with at least 24 hrs notice.

* In the event North Eastern Archers Inc. is required to cancel a session for reasons beyond our control, such as inclement weather, etc., a transfer to an alternate day will be offered or you may choose a full refund.

* Participants who are under 18 years of age, MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older, for the entire duration they are at North Eastern Archers Inc.

* Please arrive at least 15min early for equipment set up.


*Note: All equipment is sanitized before and after each use.

Things that you can prepare yourself, prior to your session:
· Please wear closed-in flat shoes, no heels or partially open shoes (especially no thongs/sandals!) are permitted.
· Please wear 'fitted' clothing where possible and avoid baggy type clothing.
· If you have long hair, please ensure you have a method to tie it back during the session.
· North Eastern Archers Inc. retains the right to refuse any participants if it is felt they pose a risk to the health and safety of others.
· The recommended age for children to participate in archery activities is from 8 years of age. If your child is under 8 please contact us first before making your booking.


*Per Archery Australia/Archery Victoria policy, a ‘Come and Try’ participant (Temporary player) may only partake up to 12 times before membership to the club and associations is required.

*By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the possibility of photos or videos, which may potentially contain images of the participant, being used for promotional purposes in varying forms of media.
